Quick Facts Location: Las Vegas, NV (3100 North Tenaya Way) Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date: Open, with ongoing opportunities Shift: Flexible, on-call and weekend schedules to be discussed Hours/week: Full-time hours Employment Type: Permanent, full-time position Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology Experience: New Fellow graduates through 2025 or experienced neonatologists Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Hourly pay rate; full salary discussed at interview) Benefits: Competitive salary starting at $250,000 for new graduates Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance options Employee stock purchase program (15% discount) 401(k) with company match Paid sick time, relocation assistance (if applicable) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (when applicable) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and identity protection services What You’ll Do Provide high-quality neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting at Mountain View and Southern Hills Hospitals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatric subspecialists (neurology, cardiology, surgery, etc.) Participate in evidence-based practice, research, and continuous quality improvement initiatives Assist in complex procedures such as body cooling, high-frequency ventilation, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) therapies Guide and support fellows or newly graduated neonatologists Provide on-call and weekend coverage (schedule to be discussed at interview) What You Need Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology US medical license or eligibility to practice in Nevada Preferred: Experience with neonatal intensive care procedures and multidisciplinary collaboration Ability to work in fast-paced hospital environments About the Assignment Join a rapidly growing healthcare system in Las Vegas, committed to delivering excellent neonatal services through dedicated specialists.
