About the Opportunity Towne U.S. is seeking dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a growing ABA team serving children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs. This is a home-based position and is NOT a school-based role. Services are provided primarily in clients' homes, community settings, and occasional daycare environments. While some remote responsibilities may be available, candidates must be willing to provide in-person services as clinically appropriate. Client Population Children and young adults ages 2–21. Individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Services provided in home, community, and daycare settings. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults with autism and related developmental needs. Design, monitor, and modify treatment programs across communication, language, social, adaptive, and behavioral domains. Analyze client progress and update treatment plans to ensure goal attainment. Provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Conduct parent and caregiver training. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development. Caseload & Clinical Support Typical caseload of approximately 10–14 clients. Dedicated RBT support for each client. BCBAs focus on clinical oversight, supervision, and treatment planning. Flexible scheduling designed to meet client and family needs. Strong mentorship and collaboration from experienced clinical leadership. Qualifications Required Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Active North Carolina BCBA licensure. Active BCBA certification at the time of application. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Ability to travel locally between client locations. Preferred Experience with CentralReach or similar electronic health record systems. Experience providing ABA services in home and community-based settings. Please Note This position is for fully credentialed BCBAs only. BCaBAs, BCBA Assistants, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavioral Health Technicians, and other support-level positions will not be considered for this role.
