Strategic GCM Transaction Manager II

M&T Bank is seeking a skilled corporate trust professional to negotiate and close transactions for Global Capital Markets clients. You will serve as the client-facing deal manager, coordinating with internal teams and supporting sales on business development initiatives. Based in Los Angeles, you will review legal documents, ensure compliance with risk standards, and help structure deals by asset type.
