Production Operations Lead — Lean, Safety & Quality

Sysco is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan, schedule and direct the production operations to meet productivity, safety, quality, delivery and cost goals. You will oversee both direct and indirect associates and coordinate material handling, implementing lean methods such as 5S, Kaizen and Kanban. You will lead staffing, training and performance evaluations, ensure safety compliance, maintain inventory via WMS, and communicate policy changes across departments in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sysco
