Certified Benz & Beemer is seeking a professional Receptionist for a full-time position.
Certified Benz & Beemer ("CBB") is a family-owned, high-end luxury pre-owned vehicle dealership celebrating its 20th year as one of Arizona’s premier automotive retailers. Our success comes from continually evolving and improving the way we serve our customers. We believe in providing clear, accurate information and a fully transparent purchasing experience from the moment a customer first contacts us.
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, our Full-Time Receptionist plays an important role in representing the professionalism, hospitality, and high level of service that CBB customers have come to expect.
Job Description:
- Work flexible hours, weekends, and Evenings. Are required
- Wear business-appropriate attire.
- Have clear and neat handwriting.
- Answer and transfer all incoming calls to their correct destination.
- Take messages and deliver them to their recipient in a timely manner.
- Sort out paperwork as needed.
- Be familiar with and able to work with Microsoft Word as well as Excel and Google Docs.
- Direct guests to their desired location.
- Be alert and aware of the guests who haven't been assisted yet.
- Bilingual is a plus!
