Job Description Role Summary The Classroom Facilitator delivers engaging, high-quality learning experiences that build capability and drive behavior change. This role focuses on facilitation excellence, learner engagement, and adapting content in real time to meet audience needs. Key Responsibilities Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions across a variety of topics Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Adapt delivery style and pacing based on learner needs and feedback Partner with instructional designers to provide feedback on content effectiveness Manage classroom logistics and ensure smooth session execution Assess learner understanding and reinforce key concepts Coach learners and provide constructive feedback during and after sessions Qualifications What You Have 2–5+ years of facilitation or training experience Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to engage diverse audiences and manage group dynamics Comfort with both in-person and virtual delivery platforms Experience in adult learning environments preferred Demonstrates accountability and a creative, solution‑focused mindset Ability to speak Spanish preferred Ability to travel up to 75% of the time Success Measures Learner engagement and participation levels Facilitation quality and consistency Learner confidence and skill application post‑training Feedback from participants and stakeholders Additional Information What We Offer AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance including: Expected pay rate of $85,000- $105,000 plus annual 10% target bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job. 25% Rent Discount at any AIR community (a rental application is required, and certain exclusions apply).
