Heywood Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Heart & Vascular Center, our established Cardiology practice in Gardner, Massachusetts.

This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, patient-focused APP to join a dedicated cardiovascular team and make a meaningful impact on the health of patients throughout North Central Massachusetts.

About the Opportunity

The APP will provide comprehensive cardiovascular care in collaboration with the Cardiologists and multidisciplinary team at Heywood Heart & Vascular Center.

This role offers the opportunity to evaluate and manage a diverse patient population while developing strong relationships with patients through ongoing follow-up and management.

Position Highlights

• Work directly alongside experienced Cardiologists
• Manage a broad range of cardiovascular conditions
• Provide follow-up and ongoing management of established patients

What We're Looking For

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Preference for at least 1 year of experience in Cardiology or Family Medicine
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Eligible for Massachusetts licensure
• BLS certification required

We welcome experienced Cardiology providers as well as APPs with a strong Family Medicine background who are interested in growing their career in Cardiology.
