Fun Company Activities Large net but regional focus = growth opportunity but smaller company-feel Job Details Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA license required or EA/JD Significant public accounting experience, preferably within the past 5–7 years. Strong technical experience in HNWIs and flow through entity tax Experience preparing, reviewing, and/or advising on complex tax returns and tax accounting matters. Experience managing complex engagements, reviewing work, resolving technical tax issues, and maintaining strong client relationships. Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and developing team members and overseeing engagement delivery. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to manage competing priorities, provide practical client guidance, and maintain high standards of quality and service. For Director and Principal candidates, the ability to build client relationships, support business development, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to revenue generation is highly valued.
