Supply Chain ManagerThe Supply Chain Manager oversees end-to-end planning, materials management, and inventory control to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing cost and operational efficiency. This role leads demand forecasting, production planning, and cross-functional coordination across supply, manufacturing, and customer teams. Please note: operations are currently based at a temporary site in Webster, NY. The team will transition to a permanent Rochester location (near RIT) upon completion.Lead demand planning, material planning, and inventory management processesDrive KPI performance (inventory turns, DOH, service levels, lead time reduction)Develop and execute production and supply plans aligned with business targetsOptimize supply chain processes and implement global SOPsCollaborate with sales, manufacturing, and global planning teamsManage customer communication, delivery performance, and issue resolutionLead, coach, and develop supply chain team to achieve operational excellenceDrive continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization programsBachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field10+ years in supply chain/material planning within manufacturing or OEMMinimum 3+ years in a managerial or leadership roleStrong skills in planning, forecasting, inventory control, and data analysisProven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience working in a fast-paced, global environmentGood English communication (verbal and written)Competencies SET: Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)Compensation: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $124,800 - $160,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)Benefits: A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off and voluntary benefitsJob Locations: Posting City: Rochester Job Country: United States Travel Required: Less than 10%
