Job DescriptionHuman Resources Manager – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)Location:Dublin Post AcuteDublin, OhioAbout UsAt Dublin Post Acute, we are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive, team-focused environment. Our facility provides 24/7 nursing care, short-term rehab, and long-term services to residents in the Dublin community.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions within our SNF. This role is responsible for driving employee engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting leadership in building a strong, resident-centered culture.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment (CNAs, nurses, department heads, etc.)Oversee onboarding, orientation, and retention initiativesEnsure compliance with ODH, CMS, and labor lawsHandle employee relations, coaching, and disciplinary processesMaintain personnel files and HRIS systemsSupport payroll coordination and benefits administrationLead performance management and staff development programsPartner with department heads to meet staffing needs and reduce turnover QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)2–5+ years HR experience (SNF/LTC strongly preferred)Knowledge of healthcare regulations (CMS, OSHA, FMLA, ADA)Experience with high-volume staffing (nursing, STNAs, etc.)Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced healthcare environmentCompensation & Benefits55k-65kHealth, dental, vision insurancePTO + holidays401(k) with matchWe are an equal opportunity employer.
