Applicants must have proven experience in architectural millwork and possess complete and thorough technical knowledge of the construction process as it pertains to our line of work. The suitable applicant must be skilled in organization, implementation, and AWI standards. Key Responsibilities Overall project planning and scheduling Resource allocation Providing technical direction to installers and fabricators Ensuring compliance with AWI quality standards Project planning and effective time management of self and subcontractors Cost management Time management and coordination with subcontract installers/vendors and General Contractor/Owner reps Quality management Change order creation and follow‑through Monitoring progress of activities on a regular basis and holding status meetings with all sub‑teams Inspecting construction sites Ensuring completion of project documentation Working well with coworkers, subcontractors, and customer representatives, especially under stressful situations Maintaining a clean driving record Job Details Job Type: Full‑time Required experience: Millwork/Construction – 5 years Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
