Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Adolescent Inpatient Psych, Full Time 32hr Evening 32-Hours, Evening Shift 3:00p - 11:30pm, Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for TaraVista in Devens, Massachusetts, you will provide direct care and support to patients, their families, and the treatment team. You will maintain a safe therapeutic milieu, work under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN), and make decisions that positively impact patients, peers, and the community. Provide direct care and support to individuals needing psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment. Champion patient care and support the interdisciplinary team. Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in TaraVista’s core principles. Work under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN). Qualifications Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the State of Massachusetts. CPR certification. Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment modalities. Ability to develop therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries. Previous experience preferred in psychiatric or substance use disorders inpatient care, restraint reduction, de‑escalation, and crisis intervention.
