Purpose‑driven work: make a direct impact on residents’ growth and independence Training & development: gain skills in mental health support, MAP certification, and more Collaborative culture: join a team dedicated to dignity, respect, and evidence‑based practices What You’ll Do Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills Implement treatment plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance Administer/supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care Transport residents to appointments and community activities Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation What You Bring High school diploma or GED; mental health experience preferred Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.) Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency Compassion, patience, and a commitment to trauma‑informed care Bonus: lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese) #J-18808-Ljbffr CL e0c00df5 8a48 44ea 8d9e 3b8cac4854a1
