Clinical Program Manager

Revolution Medicines seeks a Clinical Program Manager to oversee the execution and management of oncology clinical trials. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets and timelines, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to advance the company's RAS-targeted drug portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and management of clinical trials while adhering to SOPs, GCP, and ICH guidelines
• Oversee all aspects of trial management including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Manage complex trials with minimal senior support and lead cross-functional Clinical Study Execution Teams
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors on data health, query resolution, and risk management
• Develop study-related documentation, participate in SOP development, and mentor junior team members

Requirements

• RN, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in biological sciences or health-related field
• 8+ years direct clinical operations experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• 4+ years cross-functional study management or leadership experience with team management
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice
• Proven experience starting up, managing, and closing out clinical trials
• Experience selecting and managing contract research organizations and external vendors
