What You'll Do

• Consult with clients to learn about their travel goals and vacation preferences
• Recommend travel experiences including resort stays, cruises, guided tours, and customized getaway packages
• Assist with coordinating reservations through approved travel suppliers and booking platforms
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding travel inquiries and planning needs
• Review available promotions, supplier offerings, and destination opportunities
• Help organize travel details, confirmations, and itinerary information
• Maintain accurate client records and communication logs
• Provide professional support before, during, and after the booking process
• Participate in virtual training programs and team collaboration sessions
