As a da Vinci Digital Sales Manager (DSM), you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the adoption of Intuitive’s cutting-edge digital ecosystem while building and leading a high-performing sales organization.In this highly visible leadership role, you will develop and execute strategic growth initiatives, coach and inspire top sales talent, and partner cross-functionally to expand customer engagement with Intuitive’s digital solutions. Required Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in medical sales leadership (direct experience managing salespeople is required).Experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or enterprise software preferred.Proven success in strategic account management and cross-functional project leadership.Strong communication, organizational, and consultative selling skills.Ability to travel up to 75%; field selling and surgical area access required.Preferred Experience:Experience with IDNs and strategic customer growth.Familiarity with digital product adoption and customer success strategies.Remote work, but requires some field sellingAble to travel up to 75%, some short notice travel requiredAble to enter surgical and other patient care areasAdditional InformationWe provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay + commission, benefits and equity.
