REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR - HOSPITALITY, PHOENIX (REMOTE)

Job Summary We are seeking a Regional Sales Director with a strong background in hospitality sales to focus exclusively on new business development. This is an individual contributor role responsible for building a pipeline, creating tailored solutions, and closing new hospitality accounts. The position is based in Phoenix, AZ and requires travel to Tucsan and Sedona. Responsibilities Prospect, qualify, and secure new hospitality accounts. Maintain and update territory database; develop and execute a territory growth strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers. Conduct product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations to showcase programs, equipment, and service. Develop customized programs aligned with client needs, brand standards, and guest experiences. Collaborate with regional leaders and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements. Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Stay informed on hospitality trends, competitor offerings, and technology innovations. Qualifications 5+ years of sales experience in the hospitality and/or food & beverage industry. Strong network within the hospitality sector. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth. Self‑motivated with high energy and a winning attitude. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Consultative selling style with high emotional intelligence. Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences. Ability to travel regionally for client visits, trade shows, and industry events.
