Regional Sales Manager

We do it with a completely remote team. We’re on the search for a superstar (Mid Market) Regional Sales Manager. You will be responsible for building, driving, and managing the NORAM (USA + Canada) team to deliver above quota sales performance. What You Will Do Manage all aspects of the NORAM sales cycle Execute individual and team sales plans to exceed quotas Manage and ensure adherence to the Cloudbeds Sales Process methodology Leverage alternate channels to build sales volume Ensure high level of customer renewal rates Manage expenses within company guidelines You’ll Succeed With Experience in leading sales teams with an emphasis on coaching and development Proven track record leading a remote team Successful track record in selling hospitality management software Exceptional communication and listening skills, the ability to establish rapport and credibility and clearly articulate a value proposition Exceptional presentation skills; the ability to effectively and energetically present to customers, peers, and leadership Ability to optimize the sales tactics as necessary to accelerate growth Track record of overachievement in new logo acquisition, high customer renewal rates and the ability to drive high levels of outbound prospecting activity Ability to quickly develop subject matter expertise in Salesforce CRM, Groove, Zendesk and an ever‑expanding list of productivity tools Hospitality lodging experience is always a plus!
