Outpatient RN | Centering Program Lead (Mon-Fri)

OhioHealth Grant Medical Center is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse for the Family Medicine Centering Program. This full-time role supports newborns to geriatrics, works with physicians and staff, and uses EPIC for timely communication. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with no weekends or holidays. The RN will provide triage, patient education, and care coordination in a fast-paced outpatient setting, focusing on safety, quality, and teamwork. #J-18808-Ljbffr Berger Health System
