Marketing Strategist

We use the title Marketing Strategist instead of Account Executive because our team members do more than manage accounts - they lead with insight, shape brand narratives, and serve as strategic partners who actively contribute to our clients' growth and success. As a Marketing Strategist, you'll join our passionate team of strategists, data nerds & communicators focused on generating value (and success) for our clients. You'll work and collaborate closely across multiple teams and bring a passion for

organization, process improvement and communication.

What You'll Do

Delivery on client accounts

• Conduct research to provide actionable and evidence-based insights to clients.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of category and competitive activity, and keep a finger on the pulse of existing and emerging consumer and cultural trends.
• Identify creative solutions to engage clients' customers through emerging technologies and cross-channel planning.
• Consult with your clients with empathy and smarts.
• Build relationships with key client stakeholders.

Project leadership

• Develop and prioritize roadmaps and project plans to achieve client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally.
• Write clear, concise, and thorough creative briefs that translate client goals into actionable direction for internal teams.
• Ensure the brief is being met and that we are delivering value. Identify and find solutions for gaps between capability and client need.
• Set clear delivery expectations based on business needs.
• Be a great example of our values.
