This role is ideal for an experienced tax leader who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys mentoring teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional results to sophisticated individuals and families.What You’ll DoLead and review complex HNW tax engagements, including Individual, Estate, Gift, Trust, S‑Corporation, and Partnership returnsOversee multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely deliveryServe as a trusted advisor to clients, consulting on tax, investment, and business mattersResearch and resolve complex tax issues; lead responses to tax authority notices and client representationMentor and develop managers, seniors, and staff; provide coaching and performance feedbackPartner with firm leadership on business development and practice growth initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree required; Master’s strongly preferredCPA requiredMinimum 7+ years of public accounting experience with deep HNW tax expertiseProven leadership, client relationship, and project management skillsStrong organizational, analytical, and communication abilitiesMust be located in the Los Angeles area for in‑office and client collaborationCompensation: $150,000 – $230,000#LI-HybridJob SummaryJob Locations: US-CA-Los AngelesJob Category: TaxJob Type: Regular Full-Time
