In this hybrid role, you will collaborate closely with Partners to manage complex tax engagements, mentor teams, and deliver exceptional service to affluent individuals and families.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and prepare individual (HNW) tax engagements, Estate, Gift, Trust, S-Corp, and Partnership returnsSupervise multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely deliveryServe as a primary client contact, including representation before tax authoritiesResearch complex tax matters and clearly communicate recommendationsDevelop and mentor staff across technical and leadership capabilitiesIdentify opportunities to expand services and strengthen client relationshipsQualificationsBachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferredCPA required4+ years of public accounting experience with HNW tax expertiseProven leadership, project management, and client advisory skillsStrong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilitiesMust be located in the Los Angeles area to support in-person collaborationWhy MGOHybrid flexibility and progressive time-off policyPeople-first culture rooted in trust, inclusion, and growthCareer development at a fast-growing national firmCompensation: $115,000 – $150,000 + Bonus programs#LI-HybridJob SummaryJob Locations: US-CA-Los AngelesJob Category: TaxJob Type: Regular Full-Time
