Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN specializing in PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a progressive/intermediate care unit with a focus on cardiovascular health.
• Monitor and manage patients using tele, transport monitors, and other advanced devices.
• Administer and monitor IV drips such as heparin, diltiazem, and amiodarone.
• Perform post-cath care and assist with post-operative thoracic and cardiovascular surgery care.
• Conduct thorough neurovascular checks and manage complex cases with high acuity needs.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless and integrated patient management.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum 1-year current acute care PCU hospital experience.
• BLS & ACLS certifications required.
• Experience with chest tube management and pacer wire removal.
• Proficient in O2 management including BIPAP and heated high flow.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset.
