Responsibilities Generate leads through D2D lead generation Contact customer leads through cold calling Deliver sales presentations on roofing and home restoration services to existing and prospective customers Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Maintain constant cross‑departmental communication with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services Build and nurture relationships with customers Schedule appointments with clients, working around their schedule Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Requirements Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise Strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation, and self‑discipline Highly motivated and target‑driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent knowledge of MS Office Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus Ability to climb a ladder Sales experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
