Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation. The Ford Agency is currently looking for an energetic professional who is looking to bring their previous experience coordinating development and fundraising materials, events, and program support to a stable and growing association, helping their members achieve success in a competitive industry. This is an excellent role for someone who has that right mixture of development experience and also digital events, social media, and analytics experience, and is looking for a great work environment with room for professional growth!

Responsibilities Include:

• Work with sponsors on various program initiatives
• Plan marketing and outreach strategies
• Manage social media planning, content creation, and posting
• Maintain and update website content
• Provide administrative, scheduling, and calendar support to the team
• Assist with event logistics and planning
• Oversee internship program

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years related professional experience
  • Non-profit or association experience a plus
• Interest in financial/technology industries and DEI a plus
• Knowledge of social media channels and tools
• Ability to organize and juggle multiple projects
• Willingness to wear multiple hats with a small team
