Overview As a Service Manager at LPL Financial, you will bridge executive vision with frontline execution, leading a team of approximately 15 Service Representatives and fostering a culture of trust, engagement, and continuous development. Responsibilities Translate strategy into action by aligning daily activities with organizational goals. Develop coaching culture: conduct proactive skill‑building, career conversations, and personalized growth plans. Make empowered decisions within defined parameters to drive agility and responsiveness. Own performance management: structured feedback, corrective action, and improvement processes. Build psychological safety and engagement: create an inclusive environment where team members feel safe to share ideas and take risks. Use data‑driven leadership: interpret trends and insights to inform coaching and influence behaviors. Lead change initiatives: support organizational change and foster collaboration for adaptation. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or 6+ years of experience in related fields. 2+ years as a team lead or manager. SIE required and Series7 required or obtained within 90 days of employment. Excellent communication skills – clarity, storytelling, and translating vision into actionable steps. Emotional intelligence and ability to build trust and psychological safety. Data literacy – ability to interpret dashboards and leverage insights for decision‑making. Independent decision‑making with risk awareness. Prioritization and organizational skills to manage administrative load. Change management and adaptability in dynamic environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial services or FinTech. High‑volume call center or service center leadership experience. Professional coaching certifications. Experience managing hybrid teams (in‑office and remote). Knowledge of project management tools and techniques. Location Onsite presence required for training. After training, onsite at least three days per week based on business needs. Pay Pay Range: $66,744–$111,240 per year, adjusted for skill, experience, education, and geographic location.
