Your impact is measured in smooth launches, satisfied customers, and vessels that perform at their peak.What you’ll doExecute scheduled service and on-the-spot repairs on electric boats to maintain optimal function and safety.Diagnose both electrical and mechanical issues and apply timely, effective remedies.Thoroughly test propulsion, battery, and charging systems to verify health and performance.Partner with fellow technicians to meet quality standards and elevate customer satisfaction.Record all services completed and log parts usage with accuracy.Track advancements in electric marine technologies and stay informed on industry trends.Provide attentive, professional customer service and address owner concerns clearly.You’re a match if you haveA high school diploma or equivalent; marine technology or related technical certification preferred.Hands-on technician experience—preferably with electric boats or similar marine systems.Deep familiarity with electrical systems and systematic troubleshooting.Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.Comfort working solo and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.Clear written and verbal communication skills.A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer locations when required.Role detailsBased in Newport Beach, CA.
