Come join the team that is changing the way North America fuels transportation.Benefits Offered - 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D and more.The pay range for this position is $32.00 to $35.00 per hour, day shift Monday through Friday 7 am to 4 pm, central timeThis could be remote or working at our corporate office in Newport Beach, CAEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlanning and Scheduling ProcessExecute the planning and scheduling processCommunicate schedules to technicians, Operations Management and CustomersAdd new and generate existing Inspection Plans, Preventative Maintenance and Corrective Work Orders as requestedAssemble work schedule that takes into account equipment needs, equipment availability, labor needs, and labor availabilityWork closely with the Directors of Operations, Operations Service Manager and Supply Chain to optimize scheduled workComply with work prioritization process with operations, engineering, quality, safety, and other stakeholdersComputerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) LeadershipCommunicate and adhere to our Field Service (CMMS) standards and usagePerform basic data analysis on Field Service, SCADA and/or IoT information in order to plan maintenance and determine areas of opportunitiesPoint person for Field Service setup around new capitalService Objects and AssetsAsset HierarchyInspections, PM's and CorrectivesMaintenance and Technical ResourceUnderstands and communicates how the various components fit and work together in order to make the equipment/system runSupport the site with technical issues as they ariseParticipate in problem solving activitiesParticipate in preventive maintenance developmentSupport Continuous Improvement initiativesBasic understanding of maintenance metrics and the business significance of the metrics (Planned)Other duties as assignedSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Mathematical SkillsAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Reasoning AbilityAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Computer SkillsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of e-mail/scheduling software applications.
