Admin Assistant - Bilingual Japanese/English

$21 - $22 per hour

Job Description

Bilingual Japanese / English Maintenance Parts Assistant for a bakery equipment manufacturer/distributor located in the Irvine Spectrum.

Ideal candidate is seeking long-term employment for this Direct Hire position. Pay rate is $21-22/hr depending on experience plus bonus and mileage allowance. Work hours will be 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday-Friday. This is fully onsite (NO remote or hybrid) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and 401K after 90 days probation period

Essential Duties:
This position reports to the Maintenance Manager. You will be responsible for managing domestic and international parts quotations, order processing, shipping (Domestic-FedEx, UPS, etc; International-FedEx,UPS,etc) invoicing, inventory control, and customer support for maintenance service operations.

Experienced Needed:
Bilingual Japanese / English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Min 1 year General Office or Customer Service, with a combination of both being ideal
Company will provide additional training related to job duties specification
Education: Minimum Associate degree

Traveling and Driving:
Local Travel: Yes, Reraly
Domestic Overnight Travel: Yes, Reraly
International Travel: Yes, Rarely
Vehicle driving requirements Automobile Must hold a current DL with clear DMV
(Driving Safety Requirements: Observe speed limits and obey all road signs, as well as keep driving records (i.e., mileage and gas receipts).
