Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and develop individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely alongside other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive and personalized care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapy approaches to foster progress at home
• Evaluate and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track to meet their goals

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Licenses and Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
