Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

As a  Real Estate Listing Agent , you'll help homeowners successfully sell their homes while building a thriving listing business.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct listing consultations with prospective sellers
• Deliver professional listing presentations
• Develop pricing and marketing strategies
• Negotiate offers and contracts
• Guide clients through the entire home-selling process
• Maintain communication through our CRM platform
• Collaborate with our Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction Coordination teams
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business

Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License (required)
• Experience in real estate sales, listings, or seller representation preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Goal-driven with a high-performance, commission-focused mindset
• Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using CRM tools
• Self-motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented
• Full-time availability with a strong desire to succeed
