Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

• Meet with motivated home sellers and guide them through the listing process
• Price, market, and position homes to sell quickly and for top dollar
• Build long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business
• Manage your pipeline using our CRM and follow-up systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service from listing to closing
• Host open houses with team-generated leads
• Participate in weekly training and team meetings

Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License (Maryland)
• Full-time availability and strong commitment to growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Tech-savvy with CRM experience preferred
• Organized, coachable, and accountable
• Positive, solution-focused mindset
