Wordpress Support-SW Student Delaware, OH, US 6 days ago Requisition ID: 1831 Purpose/Objective of the Role: The purpose of this role is to keep the Smith Center website updated, performing well, and continuously improving and to contribute to Smith Center work. Tasks & Responsibilities: This position is responsible for:

1. Updating the Smith Center website with new content as provided and fixing any website issues;
2. Making continuous improvements in the website;
3. Supporting the lead researcher, including occasionally interviewing faculty;
4. Collaborating with two other student worker staff with Smith Center responsibilities, including picking up lunches;
5. Additional work as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications/Skills:

1. Strong skills in WordPress; training another student staff in WordPress.
2. Strong skills in web design principles;
3. Strong ability to collaborate with others as part of a team.
4. Strong sense of ownership over responsibilities.

This position will expand experience in professional work, both web design and website maintenance as well we a professional work setting. Employers highly value evidence of teamwork and collaboration. NOTE: Employment sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
