divh2Dual Rate Cashier / Beverage Cart Attendant/h2pPosition: Dual Rate Cashier / Beverage Cart Attendant/ppDepartment: Sewailo Golf Course Job Summary: Provides quality services to guests by preparing and serving food/beverages in a prompt, efficient and professional manner both on and off the golf course./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/polliEnsures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner./liliPrepares and serves food/beverage items from menu./liliMaintains organized and clean work area./liliControls inventory through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food/beverage products./liliReceives deliveries of food products from vendors and dock ensuring proper storage and labeling of all./liliPlaces orders for food products in anticipation of daily and weekly need./liliStocks and inventories products./liliResponds to customer questions regarding general information on facility./liliSupplies support to food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure excellent service to members and guests./liliMaintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable liquor laws, sanitation protocols and standard operating procedures./liliCommunicates guest concerns to management staff and/or Outside Services Supervisor./liliReviews schedule on a daily basis for calendar of events and facility activities; adjusts schedules accordingly./liliUtilizes point-of-sale systems./liliIncorporates safe working practices into performance of job both on and off the golf course./liliConfirms beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the course./liliStocks and cleans beverage cart throughout the day./liliMaintains and exhibits knowledge of proper golf course etiquette./liliServes food and beverage items to guests while on the course./liliAccountable for all checks and cash transactions./liliUtilizes Point-of-Sale system and creates daily sales reports./liliPerform other duties as assigned./li/olpKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:/polliKnowledge of preparation of all menu items and consistent quality delivery of product./liliKnowledge of handling of all foodstuffs including labeling, storage and shelf lives./liliKnowledge of all sanitation standards and liquor laws./liliSkill in food and beverage preparation in efficient fashion with emphasis on quality and timeliness./liliSkill in driving/handling beverage cart in a safe and efficient manner./liliKnowledge of Point-of-Sales system and cash-handling procedures./liliKnowledge of golf course etiquette./liliKnowledge of standard operating procedures related to golf course operations./liliKnowledge of stocking principles related to beverage cart./liliSkill in working efficiently with beverage cart attendants, other kitchen staff and golf course personnel./liliAbility to provide superior guest services in a timely, efficient manner./liliAbility to accurately handle and count money as well as make change, as applicable./liliAbility to process calculations/costs of food and beverage items in a timely fashion./liliAbility to multi-task and coordinate services to a high volume of customers within a relatively short period of time./liliAbility to plan, anticipate and prepare food products based on daily volume of play./liliAbility to maintain the physical stamina required including an ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time as well as bend, stoop and twist./liliAbility to lift up to a least forty (40) pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation./li/olpMinimum Qualifications:/polliHigh school diploma or general equivalency degree; three to six months of food preparation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience./liliMoney handling experience and basic math skills./liliComputer proficiency with point-of-sale systems./liliMust be at least nineteen (19) years of age./liliMust complete Alcohol Awareness and Food Handlers training within 90-days of hire./liliMust be able to work any shift, weekends, holidays and special events, as needed./liliMust have employment eligibility in the U.S./li/olpPreferred Qualifications:/polliBilingual (English/Spanish)/liliMust possess a valid Arizona drivers license./li/ol/div
