Position Security Guard Patrol Unit – Stafford, TX What You Will Do Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or patients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document observations according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including hallways, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, assist with visitor access procedures, and report maintenance, hazard, and/or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Support a professional environment by communicating with staff and visitors, following post orders, and assisting with directions, de‑escalation, and other security-related needs as appropriate. Position Details Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Thur 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Fri 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Sat 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
