Responsibilities - Lead and supervise nursing staff within the long-term care setting, ensuring high-quality resident care - Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team

• Ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness
• Manage staffing and scheduling to support safe, consistent care delivery
• Oversee quality metrics, risk management, and performance improvement

initiatives - Participate in admissions, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary rounds to optimize resident outcomes Requirements

• Active RN license to practice in Washington (or eligible to obtain)
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical or long-term care setting
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care and

quality standards

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to oversee care planning, staff supervision, and clinical
