As a Financial Advisor, you'll develop customized financial strategies that help clients build, protect, and preserve their wealth through retirement planning, investment management, insurance, and risk management solutions—all while building your own independent practice.
What You'll DoBuild and maintain long-term relationships with individuals, families, and business owners.
Develop personalized financial plans tailored to each client's goals and objectives.
Provide guidance on retirement planning, investments, wealth accumulation, insurance, and risk management.
Grow your client base through networking, referrals, community involvement, and business development.
Utilize advanced financial planning technology and practice management tools to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development to enhance your expertise.
Collaborate with specialists in investments, estate planning, and trust services to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

Compensation:$70,000 - $150,000 per year
Responsibilities:- Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis.
- Develop customized financial strategies based on each client's goals and risk tolerance.
- Recommend appropriate investment, retirement, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews and ongoing service.
- Stay current on financial markets, investment products, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed established sales and production goals.
Required Qualifications
Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) licenses required.
Active Life and Health Insurance License required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or financial advising preferred.
Local candidates only
Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to develop and grow a client base.
High ethical standards and commitment to acting in clients' best interests.
Preferred
Prior financial advisor or financial services experience
Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and risk management
Sales experience and/or bachelor's degree
Currently licensed advisors
Individuals transitioning from another firm or entering the industry with strong professional experience
