As a Financial Advisor, you'll work closely with individuals, families, and business owners to develop personalized financial strategies that address retirement planning, wealth management, investments, insurance, and risk management. What You'll Do • Develop and cultivate long-term relationships with individuals, families, and business owners. • Design customized financial strategies aligned with each client's unique goals and financial objectives. • Provide guidance on retirement planning, investment management, wealth accumulation, insurance, and risk management solutions. • Build and grow a client base through relationship development, referrals, and community engagement. • Utilize advanced financial planning technology and practice management tools to deliver an exceptional client experience. • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development to strengthen your expertise and grow your career. Responsibilities: • Build and grow your own financial services practice • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships • Create customized financial plans and wealth management strategies • Help clients achieve their financial goals through holistic planning • Collaborate with specialists in investments, estate planning, and trust services • Leverage technology, marketing resources, and operational support to scale your business Qualifications: • Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available) • Local candidate • Ability to obtain Life & Health, SIE, and Series 66 licenses prior to onboarding • Clean Form U4 (no disclosures) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated, forward-thinking, and goal-oriented mindset Preferred • Prior financial advisor or financial services experience • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and risk management • Sales experience and/or bachelor's degree • Currently licensed advisors • Individuals transitioning from another firm or entering the industry with strong professional experience Compensation: $70,000 - $150,000 per year
