Emergency Medicine Physician Requirements

• Board-certified Emergency Medicine physician required
• At least 1 year of Emergency Medicine experience required
• Active and clean NPDB/file required
• ACLS certification required
• ATLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Ability to work in a busy community emergency department
• Comfortable practicing with broad emergency medicine responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care for a broad range of patient acuity levels
• Evaluate and stabilize patients in a fast-paced emergency department environment
• Manage adult and pediatric emergency cases as needed
• Collaborate with on-site support services and specialty teams when appropriate
• Provide coverage in a setting that includes newborn deliveries in the ED
• Deliver efficient, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical judgment
• Support ongoing emergency coverage needs in a flexible locum tenens role
