Social Media and Motion Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Social Media and Motion Designer based in United States. As a Social Media and Motion Designer, you will create high-impact, motion-first content that defines how a global cybersecurity brand shows up across digital and social platforms. You will concept, design, and animate scroll-stopping creative tailored for fast-moving environments such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, and emerging formats. This role sits within the core brand team, giving you influence from early ideation through final execution. You will help translate complex technical and security narratives into visually compelling stories that capture attention in seconds. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and driven by experimentation and creative excellence. You will play a key role in shaping a modern, distinctive, and socially native visual identity for a leading AI-driven technology organization. Accountabilities Concept and produce motion-driven social content across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging digital channels. Translate brand strategy and campaign direction into visually compelling, performance-driven storytelling. Design and animate content with strong attention to typography, pacing, composition, and visual detail. Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and brand teams to develop ideas from concept through final execution. Stay ahead of social media trends, platform innovations, and motion design techniques to continuously elevate creative output. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution under tight deadlines. Bring external creative influences such as film, music, fashion, photography, and architecture into brand storytelling. Own projects end-to-end, ensuring consistency, originality, and excellence across all delivered assets. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a motion designer in an agency or in-house creative team. Strong portfolio showcasing social-first motion design and short-form digital storytelling. High-level proficiency in motion design tools such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar software. Deep understanding of platform-native creative for social channels and what drives engagement on each. Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in seconds. Excellent design sensibility with a refined eye for composition, typography, color, and motion pacing. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary creative teams. Strong awareness of social media trends and emerging creative formats. Experience in technology, cybersecurity, or complex B2B industries is a strong plus. Must be based in the United States and eligible for remote work within the country.
