The Role We’re looking for a social-native editor who turns ideas into thumb-stopping videos that convert. You’ll move fast, test constantly, and level up your craft through real-time data insights. What You’ll Do Edit high-performing short-form ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts Build strong hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly Own edits end-to-end while staying open to feedback Manage multiple fast-turn projects without dropping quality 3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred) Intermediate+ Adobe After Effects skills (motion graphics, kinetic typography) Strong grasp of what performs on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts Comfortable working in English with async, global teams Willing to complete a technical editing assessment Bonus Points For Your ideas go straight to market — no “client delays” Millions of eyes on your work — your reel grows fast Fully remote, international creative community This is where creative ambition meets algorithmic fuel.
