Hands-on Strategic HR Leader for Unionized Manufacturing

East Trailers LLC is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead the people agenda at EAST Trailers, a unionized manufacturing operation. You will serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership and align people priorities with operational results. This role requires strong experience in unionized manufacturing and CBAs, with hands-on leadership and data-driven governance.
