As a key member of our organization, you will provide exceptional plumbing services to residential customers, troubleshoot problems, and ensure high-quality installations and repairs. Key Responsibilities Installation & Repair: Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems, including but not limited to water heaters, faucets, toilets, sewer lines, drain systems, and more. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve plumbing-related issues effectively and efficiently, providing expert recommendations to customers. Customer Service: Interact professionally with homeowners, addressing concerns and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Apprentice Responsibilities: For apprentice-level technicians, work alongside seasoned plumbers to develop skills, complete necessary training, and gain hands‑on experience while adhering to safety standards. Code Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations, maintaining high safety standards. Documentation: Complete service orders, record work performed, and maintain accurate records. Prepare estimates and proposals for clients when needed. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and assist in training junior technicians as you progress in your career. Continual Learning: Commit to ongoing development of plumbing skills and knowledge through training, workshops, and industry certifications. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal plumbing apprenticeship program is required. Licensure: Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record. A valid plumbing license in the state of Missouri is required. Experience: Journeyman: 2+ years of residential plumbing experience. Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficient in using plumbing tools and technology.
