Senior Payroll Lead

Oversight and implementation of Executive payroll related activities. Oversight and management of vendor management related to Executives. Execution of payroll Corp tax Initiatives and implementation of strategic direction. Ensure GM Payroll is compliant with all federal, state, and local tax regulations related to Executive processing. Maintain a cohesive work relationship between multiple third-party vendors. Network and collaborate with colleagues, third parties, and other GM departments to achieve desired business results. Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and lead change. Extract, analyze verify and present data for management decision making. Provide internal and/or external financial analysis and decision support as needed. Ensure compliance with internal controls requirements and tax compliance regulations. Lead and/or assist with special projects and global initiatives as required. Requirements Bachelors Degree 5+ years with payroll experience Prior Payroll Tax or Executive /global mobility experience Ability to lead project teams and work independently Advanced written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and team building skills Possesses a strong understanding of Corporate Executive personnel policies and procedures Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple projects at one time Thorough knowledge of payroll systems and end to end payroll business processes Certified Payroll Professional Certification (Preferred) Familiarity with automation tools (Excel,
