Description: This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contractor) based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to join an international recruiting team and take ownership of the full talent acquisition lifecycle across the U.S. and Canada. You will primarily recruit for critical Sales, Marketing, and Research positions while supporting a broader range of functions as business needs evolve. The position combines hands‑on sourcing with strategic talent advisory, giving you the opportunity to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and candidates to create an efficient and engaging recruitment experience. Your expertise will be particularly valuable in building pipelines for niche and difficult‑to‑fill positions and navigating competitive talent markets. The environment is collaborative but highly autonomous, requiring strong judgment, adaptability, and comfort working across international time zones.
