The position will lead and support global label licensing negotiations and strategy. Responsibilities include driving complex financial models together with Finance, evaluating the impact of negotiated royalty structures, and proactively performing analytic deep dives across a variety of key performance indicators. This role will also work closely with Legal to structure licensing agreements and review contract language, and work closely with Product Development and Marketing teams on our feature roadmap and go-to-market strategies. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
