Locations: Aurora, CO | Greeley, CO | Santa Fe, NM

Salary:

• Aurora: $150K–$175K/year
• Greeley: $160K–$180K/year
• Santa Fe: $175K–$200K/year

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Conduct eye exams and diagnose vision conditions.
• Provide treatment and personalized vision care plans.
• Maintain patient records and educate patients on eye health.
• Refer patients to specialists when needed.
  

Requirements:

• Active state Optometry license.
• No minimum experience required.
• Interest in working with children.
• Ability to obtain or maintain Medicaid Provider and NPI numbers.
