We're a design house that brands cannabis and consumer products: logos, packaging, stickers, apparel, merch. Born in cannabis, built for anyone. We have the work, the studio and an app. We need the person who turns all of it into a plan that brings in orders, and then runs the plan.

What you'll own

• The marketing calendar: one promotion a month, planned ahead, launched on time, measured after
• Our channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube): content plan, posting, captions, replies
• Short-form video with the team: shoot it, cut it, post it. The product is the star
• Our app as a sales channel: promotions, rewards points and push messages that bring customers back to reorder
• Leads: events, trade shows and prospect lists, with warm leads handed to sales
• A monthly report: what ran, what it cost, what it sold

What you need

• 3+ years running marketing for a brand, with results you can show in numbers
• Examples of campaigns and content you made or ran. Show us the work
• Comfortable on both sides of the camera; can shoot and edit short video on a phone
• Writes clean, punchy copy. Not corporate
• 21+ and comfortable marketing in the cannabis industry

Bonus points

• Meta ads, email marketing, Canva or Adobe
• Event planning or trade-show experience
• Contacts in the Michigan cannabis industry, or knowledge of its advertising rules

• $55,000–$65,000 salary
