Run the marketing for a design house with real personality.
The Sticky Trap designs and prints the packaging, stickers, labels and merch that Michigan brands put on shelves. Born in cannabis, built for anyone. We have the studio, a steady flow of client work and a team that makes great-looking product. What we don't have is one person who owns the marketing plan. That's this job.

- You'll work with brands across Michigan's cannabis and consumer scene , and help decide which ones we chase next.
- Room to grow. Build the marketing function from the ground up and grow with it.
What you'll run
- The marketing plan and a monthly promotion calendar: planned ahead, launched on time, measured after
- Social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, working with the people who make our content
- Promotions and offers that bring existing customers back to reorder
- Events, trade shows and community partnerships
- New-account growth: prospect lists and outreach, with warm leads handed to sales
- A simple monthly report: what ran, what it cost, what it brought in
What you bring
- 3+ years running marketing for a brand, with results you can show in numbers
- Campaigns you planned or ran. Show us the work
- Organized: calendars, budgets and deadlines are your thing
- Copy that sounds like a person, not a press release
- 21+ and comfortable marketing in the cannabis industry
Bonus points
- Meta ads, email marketing, Canva or Adobe
- Event or trade-show experience
- Contacts in Michigan cannabis, or know its advertising rules
The deal
- $55,000–$65,000 salary, full-time
- Paid sick time
- On-site at our Ann Arbor studio
