Senior White Glove Desktop Support Key Responsibilities & Duties Provide white-glove technical support to executives, assistants, and staff. Manage and improve technical systems ensuring secure and efficient operations. Create user accounts, configure laptops, and set up workstations. Respond to hardware and software issues with effective solutions. Execute tasks related to meetings, including audio-visual equipment setup. Collaborate with management on technical and operational project plans. Document service desk procedures for IT professionals and end-users. Troubleshoot and resolve technical software, hardware, and network issues. Assist with office moves and system upgrades as required. Senior White Glove Desktop Support Job Requirements Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 5 years of experience; 10 years preferred in desktop support roles. Proficiency in MS365, Windows 10/11, and Zoom technologies. Strong knowledge of hardware including printers, laptops, and iPhones. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and elevate issues when necessary. Experience working under pressure and managing multiple priorities. Capability to identify areas for improvement in IT services.
